1. Who We Are

Phantom Labs provides PHTM, a premium AI personal assistant delivered via Telegram. PHTM integrates with third-party services including Google Workspace APIs to provide its functionality.

2. What Data We Access

PHTM accesses the following Google user data when you authorize the application:

Gmail (scope: gmail.readonly)

Purpose: To read your email messages at your explicit request. PHTM uses this data to summarize emails, answer questions about your inbox, and surface relevant information during conversations.

Storage: Email content is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers beyond the active session.

Gmail (scope: gmail.send)

Purpose: To send emails on your behalf. PHTM only sends emails after you have explicitly reviewed and approved the content via Telegram. No email is sent without your direct confirmation.

Storage: Draft content is held temporarily during the confirmation flow and deleted after sending or cancellation.

Google Calendar (scope: calendar.readonly)

Purpose: To read your Google Calendar events at your request. PHTM uses this to answer questions about your schedule, remind you of upcoming events, and provide agenda summaries.

Storage: Calendar data is processed in real time and not stored beyond the active session.

Google Drive (scope: drive.readonly)

Purpose: To read the content of Google Drive documents at your explicit request. PHTM uses this to summarize documents or answer questions about their content.

Storage: Document content is processed in real time and not stored beyond the active session.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your Google user data is used exclusively to provide the features of PHTM as described above and as requested by you during conversations. We do not:

  • Sell your data to any third party
  • Use your data for advertising purposes
  • Share your data with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (see section 4)
  • Use your data to train AI models
  • Store Google user data on our servers beyond what is strictly necessary to fulfill your request in real time

Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Sharing

PHTM uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • Anthropic (Claude API): Your messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI model to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy applies.
  • OpenAI (Whisper API): Voice messages are transcribed using OpenAI's Whisper model. OpenAI's privacy policy applies.
  • Telegram: PHTM operates via Telegram. Telegram's privacy policy applies to messages sent through their platform.

No other third parties receive your Google user data.

5. Data Retention

Google user data (email content, calendar events, Drive document content) is processed in real time during your conversations with PHTM. This data is not stored on Phantom Labs servers. Conversation summaries (which may reference the outcome of a Google data request, but not the raw data itself) may be stored to provide continuity of the assistant's memory.

6. Your Rights

You can revoke PHTM's access to your Google account at any time by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing Phantom Labs / PHTM from the list of connected apps.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@phantom-labs.io.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data during processing, including encrypted communications (HTTPS) and access controls. Google user data is never stored unencrypted.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We recommend checking this page periodically.
